  • Complete a short eligibility survey
  • Schedule a video enrollment session

  • Receive a pre-configured Fitbit smartwatch
  • Access myACTIVEsteps.com with your login
  • Review fall-prevention resources

Watch & Learn

  • 3-minute educational videos twice per week
  • Virtual PT sessions (10–15 minutes)
  • Videos available 24 hours before sessions

  • Track daily step counts
  • We share progress insights with you
  • Care partners encouraged to participate
